Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes

This is a recipe I did NOT get from Pinterest. I did upload it to my board so it can get repinned.
Here is what I discovered:

1. Depending on when you start this could be a two day bake off due to the cookie dough having to freeze. I started in the late afternoon and let the cookie dough freeze overnight. 
2. I made the cupcakes that day, and gave it a few hours to completely cool. 

It was good, but I will only make this for special occasions.
